Here goes:

1) Monster.com and the other major job boards - can be costly, and will get you a ton of resumes
2) Local newspapers and their online classifieds - tend to be better targeted geographically
3) Craigslist - may be free or cheap depending on what city
4) Niche job sites focused on the type of job (e.g. accounting jobs) or industry (e.g. cruise ship jobs) - will get you fewer resumes, but more of the resumes you receive will be better-qualified - one of the best values and most targeted ways to have candidates find you
5) Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIN and other social media sites - you can either post opportunities or actively search for candidates that have the skills you are looking for in their profiles
