This is very confusing, because one said one thing and other doc said another. Are you still bleeding or has it stopped? If I were you I would call my doc and ask exactly what is going on n your body,if you are pregnant for sure, and everything looks ok now? I would not really put much stock in the ER doc, but your own OBGYN. he knows best, he does it every day. Many women bleed the first few weeks, so if it stopped be thankful, and Congrats
