I think that this man's behaviour is a disgrace, I am not going to call him prof because he is not deserving of the title, how many other girls has he taken advantage of because they wanted good grades? I hope that he gets caught and is severely dealt with, in my job I have to assess female students a lot of the time and I would not dream of taking advantage of them because they are vulnerable I will either pass or fail them and if they attempted to bribe me I would report it to the university, he really is the lowest of the low. As to what I think of you I don't think that you are a slut desparate people do desparate things and it was up to him to be professional and say no. I do think however, that it is not something that you should do because life and the real world is not like that, there are many things that you will come up against in life and you cannot always sleep your way out of it, in my opinion what happened is very bad.

What follows is a corrected version of your post, not that you're interested, but I can't resist. Let's go:
I am a 19-year-old female. Last November, I slept with one of my professors from school so I would pass his class. Is that wrong; does that make me a slut?
1) "19-year-old" is a hyphenated phrase.
2) In the English language, all months are capitalized.
3) Some will argue that the comma after the word 'November' is optional, I option it.
4) In the final sentence, you're introducing two separate but connected ideas, so they should be punctuated by a semi-colon.
5) Also, the last sentence is an interrogative one (a question, dear), and what do all questions end with? A question mark, of course!
Oh, by the way, it's 2009, so whether or not your choice "makes you a slut" is a moot point. The professor, however, is duty-bound and legally obligated to keep his tallywhacker out from between your teen thighs, regardless of who offered what to whom.
Don't let any of this worry you, though; you can sue him for sexual harrassment and/or discrimination, maybe even sexual assault. In today's justice system, you'll prevail no matter who's right or wrong, and the school will settle out of court for a large sum or the case will go to trial and you'll collect a large sum in 'damages'.

I know that there are times when things get difficult, and you feel that you have to result to desperate measures like that, but I think that what you did was uncalled for and your professor is sick.
