well Viagra doesn't really work that way. It only helps the blood flow to the penis. If the blood flow is decreasing the Viagra will probably not help that much. It will help you get ready quicker. I am assuming from your question you are not thinking of taking it for it intended purpose. Understand it is not a magic boner pill it only make boners easier.

Well...That depends on your partner...But after you ejaculate when you are on Viagra, the penis returns to its natural state... you can still achieve another erection after that (following sexual stimulation again) if it is within the 4-5 hour period Viagra stays in your system.
