Each birth control pill affects each person very differently...I was on YAZ for a long time and it worked very successfully to me but I switched to Loestrin 24 because I was told it would help my headaches better ( I was diagnosed with migranes before going on BC YAZ helped but Loestrin seems to be working better for me as far as headaches go) but I was constant when i got my cycle on both...Best bet is to ask your doctor which one is best for you
