Is it safe not to use a condom being on the birth control for 5 months and have unprotected sex

    You're chances of getting pregnant are slim, but I would not say you were safe unless you and your potential have had recent HIV tests, along with a thorough check up for signs of any other STD's... I'm sorry were looking for a 'yes' or 'no' answer?

    yes, if you are not sick which lowers the effectiveness of the pill, and have taken the pill as described. you are 99% covered for birth control.
