What should one look for in a DNA testing company in order to ensure accurate results?

    What kind of test are you trying to get? if it is not for use at court, then I'd recommend you try to find one that has a good quality control and customer service presence.

    I personally recommend www.dnanow.com because They have a live chat representatives, a permanent customer service rep on the phone, and they'll even let you speak withthe lab techs if they can't answer all your questions.

    Basically, you know what's going on all the way through, and if you can't get into the lab yourself, you can at least figure out how good they are by the service and followup they do.

    I used to work for a Forensic DNA testing lab, there isn’t much you can look out for unless you actually go into the laboratory, which you cant really do unless you are cleared to do so, If you could go in you could check for signs of cross contamination.
