What did the symbols of the flag in the Russian Revolution symbolize?

    Hammer---Industrialists Factory workers etc

    Sickle---Farm and Agricultural workers

    They used to stamp these symbols on the food the USA sent to Vietnam and other SEAsian countries so the people thought it was aid from Russia, America sent diplomats that did not speak the language or know what was going on

    Do you mean flag? I'm hoping you mean flag...

    The hammer represents the working industrial class, while the sickle represents the agricultural workers. The symbol together represented the unity of the two groups.
