It wouldnt hurt to appeal against the decisions , and explain , and point out the situation , hope it works out ,, is there some-one who can speak on your behalf ?
Banned from WalMart over 2 years ago for shoplifting BUT I didn't even steal anything?!!? What can I do?

What happens if you steal from a store, and dont get caught. But while checking out i heard a code red from manager. No cameras around.

You're reading I have 2 misdemenors one was when i was 19 for fighting assult, 14 years ago and one was for theft almost 2 years ago, can i get the theft expunged? My doctor had me on zanax they totally made me out of caracter and gave me amnesia
