Help answer this question below.

My credit report is full of past due medical bills. What is the best way to get my credit score back up without having to pay all of these hosptals?

    You won't get your credit score cleaned up until you pay the medical bills.

    There's no way out of it. You just have to pay them. Even if it's slowly. Try setting up a payment plan for each of these bills by talking to the accounts payable department. If you show that you're trying to pay this stuff off you can get your score back up slowly. Or you could go through a consumer credit counseling service.
