I feel your pain but it isn't just Microsoft hiring foreign programmers and engineers. The state I live in hires a lot of foreigners to work in the computer field. There really aren't enough people in the U.S. getting the training to do the work. Many prefer degrees in the liberal arts. There seems to be an influx in the Social Work field as well.
Anyone play tf2? What's ur username? And what console (pc)

My daughter works in the computer area of our state and I've learned about a lot of problems in hiring from her. I asked her why the state hired so many people from outside the U.S. and she said there just aren't enough applicants from the U.S. to do the work.

That really sad me. My 14 years old daughter wants to go into the
computer business, and I'm doing everything I can to make that
happen.
