    Stress can cause headaches and fatigue. Get 15 minutes of exercise everyday to feel energetic.

    Yes. Worry and Stress can cause you to lose sleep or have a restless sleep. If it is causing you problems during the day consult a physician to see what your options are. You could try an MD and see about a medication to help you sleep or you could try a psychologist and try to work out the things that are causing the stress and worry in the first place. Either way, I hope things work out for you.

    Yes very much so. I feel exactly the same and have just been going through a great deal of stress and trauma
