There shouldn't be a SIM card in your car unless your car actually has a phone built into it. Do you have one phone number in the car and another in your phone? That would be the only way if there are two SIM cards (two different numbers). Do you just have bluetooth in the car and you are asking about answering or talking on the phone in the car versus the handset? Let me know and I am happy to try to help you. Thanks. SukiSue
