If something is objectively true, does it have to fall within the realm of science, and does the fact that something does not fall within the realm of science prove its relativism?

No, not necessarily and certainly not forcibly. I had
a very personal experience that does not fall within
the realm of science and yet was very true and very
real. In fact, when I was in college I did approach a
science professor with my issue and he dismissed it
as nonsense. Those were not exactly his words but
    something akin to that.

I think science itself is fully relative. (May be its not true, but I think so). Yea, everything is relative to each other.

Science is organized knowledge, and every truth lies within its scope.
    -
The limitation is in the tools we have to verify its truth.
    -
Many diseases are caused by tiny organisms.
But until the invention of the microscope we had not tools to verify that truth.
    -
If men say something is not science, what they actually mean is we have no tools to test and see if it is true.
Or, all too commonly: We don't believe it and don't accept as valid the tools you say you used to prove it.
When such disbelief is near and dear to the hearts of the larger community, persistence in trying to prove a truth is dangerous. Press them too hard and they will kill you.
