    There are several birth control options available that will give you fewer and/or shortened periods.

    i know its wrong but if you dont eat,i dont eat and they last3 to 4 days.if youcant do that go with birth control.plz dont rate me down!

    Yes, birth control is your only real option for getting relief from your period. There is actually an injection that you can get every three months that completely stops your period, but it has several health risks. It is called Depro Provera. There is also a pill called Seasonal that controls your period so you only get it 4 times a year. These are just two of many options. You should discuss your options with your doctor, some of these methods have serious health risks. Good luck!
