What does it mean when a guy doesn't text you first, but acts like he likes you, but then doesn't text you back sometimes?

He's trying to "play it cool" ... hes probably playing little games because he doesnt want to seem needy and anxious. If you want him to stop try this: when u see him, dont play the same game and act like u dont really care either.. just be friendly and confident.. trust me
