not for sure what color and shape was it?
i know a friend gave me a pain pill like Tylenol (it started with an E) and OMG i felt like crap i was bleeding from the nose, puking, and running a fever from it. and it was just whatever that pill was named. (its been a while)

I have a round orange pill with the letters PNE printed on one side. It cam from tijuana, Mexico. It was sold as aderrol but I doubt it
