It's a REALLY bad idea to combine an ED drug with hypertension drugs. The interaction can be lethal (which your doctor will tell you to cover his/her @$$). They are all vaso-dilators (blood vessel openers), and too much of that will really wear a person out, and fast). Honestly, what I would recommend (and I'm 98% sure your doc will say the same) is to maybe cut some animal product from your diet, go low fat, do a few more minutes on a treadmill, you'll honestly be surprised. When your force your blood, through cardiovascular exercise, to go places it won't when you're resting, eventually the vessels won't need the pharmaceutical help. It's perhaps not as immediate as taking a pill, but you don't sound too pleased with the thought of another drug (which again, I stress SHOULD NOT be mixed with hypertension--high blood pressure--medication).

Believe it or not, psychotherapy is the best remedy for 'ED', which in this case I assume to frankly mean inability to achieve erection.

Pharmacologically, one of the nitric oxide drugs like vardenifil (levitra) or sildenafil (viagra) are very effective, because they cause an influx of blood to a precise location, do not cross the blood-brain barrier and can counteract calcium-channel blockers, beta- and alpha- blockers and diuretics on a non-systemic scale.

So if psychotherapy is out of the picture, take the boner pills. They're safe... safe-ish.

The man should get another Dr's oppinion, when it comes to the use of Cholesterol & High Blood Pressure Medication, As these Medications may not even be needed,And they may be be doing him more harm than good, When it comes to their Side-Affects.

Have you ever looked at male to female Sex and wondered if there is only penile-vaginal-sex. And if your penis don't work, get up or stay up to do the job. and you have felt like your lovemaking has hit the bottom of the sexual barrel. Well, At eighty years young I have had to live with, of and on, ED most of my life It' a shame that it took me most of my life-time to discover what all men and women should learn early-on. That sex is much, much more than an erected penis. Now, ED is a medical problem that affects millions of men, and I'm sure that at times, sexually speaking, they have all felt like a low-down hound-dog. Does how a woman gets an orgasm really matter? Not that I can see from what women say about their orgasms. So if you need to use medications for your high blood pressure,or cholesterol, Why not use your other eleven penises, eight-fingers,two thumbs and best of all your oral penis, the tongue, that will never let you down, and it can do more to please a woman's Love-Box than any penis can ever do. And sex is only dead when it's dead in your head. So go ahead and really make her day,and enjoy your your next lunch at the "Y".

Yes. Have all of your mercury filling removed ASAP. Mercury is highly toxic and causes high cholesterol and fatigue and that is what you have. Metal fillings are 50% mercury. Mercury is the second most toxic substance on the face of the planet, second to radioactive plutonium. Mercury does cause a plethora of health problems.

No, there are other ways to deal with ED, BUT one's doctor should be advising on this one.
