You're reading On my engine's side, I can see a little oil ( I observed this weeks back), apparently coming out from a circular cap( looks like its used to act as a seal, not sure). Leak is not much, engine oil level is normal. Is engine oil leaking?

Its a 91 Acura. Not the filler cap on the top. (If the cap is on the top, this is a circular bush sort on the side). It has 4 cylinders.

Well, maybe somebody will have more expertise with Honda product. Offhand, this Toyota owner can only guess that maybe you should check the power steering or power brake pumps. I can't figure out what would look like a circular "bush".
Honda/Acura people please help with this problem!
