  • I like sitting in the front with my back to the back of the bus.
  • Inside seat mid way down the bus. Hit from the from you are not too close; same thing for the back and side impact you are the farthest from the side. Hope this helps!
  • Closest to either door. REason? So I don't have to push through too many rude stinky people to get off.
  • Always left window seat in the middle row. This is because in India motor vehicles must drive close to the left side of the road. Most accidents happen when on coming vehicle collide with our bus and it is always the right side of the bus that gets hit. When other vehicles overtake our bus too it is on the right side - there is always a potential for an accident. Also when it is dark the headlights of the oncoming vehicles are not easy on our eyes if we sit at the right side. My above choice of seats have always stood me in good stead all along. In countries where the vehicles must drive close to the right edge of the road - as it is in the US - my principles may just be reversed to get the same good results.
  • i dont prefer busses as i love driving but if in any case , then i prefer " "driver seat"
  • I like to sit in the middle of a bus.It gives the sense of security in case of an accident!
  • Long trip, bus has restroom - middle (only have to deal with people moving past you half the time, far enough away that stink blasts don't hit you from the toilet) Long trip, bus does not have restroom - as far back as I can (less chance of someone bumping into you when getting on or off the bus with all their bags swinging around, because people are quite oblivious) Short trip - front (get on and off quickly)
  • Very back, all the little kids sit up front and gosh are they annoying
