Help answer this question below.

I am 36 weeks pregnant i live with my partner who works full time he brings in a wage of around £250 a week sometime its less than this due to his hours being cut This is the only income we have to live on where can i claim anything?

    so that's about $500 per week US, it's not easy, but you can eek out a living on that. Can he find a better job, or is the market in the UK like the US?
    He should be trying to go out and find another job, he should be up front about his situation, I have hired and payed more to ppl in this situation, but they have to live up to their end. If he is able to get a better job, he should really work hard at it.
