I like turning a paperclip into a tiny bow, with a rubberband for a string, then another paperclip into an arrow. I even have a get out jail free card, at work, "Oh sure blame the Native American for the arrows in the ceiling, racist jerk."

You just beat me. I was going to ask this question! You could sharpen the end with a diamond file and use it to clean out the bottom of water taps of that brown stuff that gathers there where they are virtually impossible to clean by other means. Or you could entangle them into you key ring (after sharpening them) and use them as a handy weapon. I just realized that I misread your question. I haven't used paper clips for any of my suggestions but I suppose you could! Salaam

I've used it to make a "stinger", a cooking device using a regular 6-foot extention cord and 2 paper clips(not touching each other) stuck into the sockets. You put the end with the paper clips into a half-full 5-gallon bucket of water, place the food you want cooked in a plastic bag, add some salt to the water in the bucket to conduct the heat, and plug into the wall. In about 10 minutes, the water will be boiling, and your food will be hot. Don't ask how I know this.
