may also be that you tied into the lights as well... common if you did the work yourself, what's happening is when you turn on the lights... it's sucking up the electricity for the dvd stereo to work properly, when the lights are off... or... "no load"... then it works just fine, so... my suggestion is... get a voltage meter... and find the acc wire... this will show up as 12.00 v... or 12 v... amd will only work when the key is on, now... the batt wire is on all the time... 24 - 7 - 365... but... won't turn on unless you have the key in... which is what you want, for 12 volt negative system... like in the u.s... the black wire goes to the body of the car... on positive systems... it's just the opposite. if you need to... you can even run a wire from the battery... this was you know it's not going to interfere... but make sure you route the wire away from heat sources... or it's not getting pinched in any way. good luck.

because you have them wired to the wires fir the headlights... when you turn on the lights... they suck up all the juice... therefor... no dvd... go back and check wires!!!!

You're experiencing a short, and or faulty ground connection. This is something left best to a professional car stereo tech, AND OR a mechanic experienced in car electrical/wiring.
My logitech speakers are spoilt,how the hell do i repair it???

I'm using a HDMI tv as a monitor, and I want to use the speakers attached for my audio. Under the sound properties it labels them as "Not Plugged in". How do I get them to work? I'm using Windows 7.
