    The limiting factor is the acetaminophen in the tablet - 500 mg.

    The maximum safe dose is 4000 mg or 8 of the tablets you describe.

    If you drink alcohol cut that in half to 4 tablets.

    If you have liver disease of some kind you probably shouldn't take it at all.

    If you have a healthy liver and you take 15 to 20 of these tablets you can expect severe liver damage.
