Hi,
depending on what your ultimate use for the film is, there are several sites you could start with, and then alter the application process to your needs.
It is very easy to use and cut with scissors or samll sharp blade such as a craft knife, exacto blade , stencil blade etc. You just want to cut lightly.
It can be used as a protective coating on objects, such as computers, wacom tablets...

You were not clear on what you wanted to use it for, so hopefully this helps give you an idea of many uses "frisket" has.

There is also a product for watercolor resist that is sometimes called frisket.
In case that was what you were looking for (which I doubt, since you said to "cut") here is info for one kind anyway. The Incredible WHITE MASK, liquid Frisket.

Also be aware that there are several brands out there, and you must use one that is compatible with your paint, ie. oil based, water cased...etc, so that is does not dissolve while using it. Look up the individual brands you are interested in , and check out their specs first. In Screen printing, you actually dissolve the frisket into the screen before using it, and this can be done with a solvent or sometimes as a photo/light process.
