I believe their are no mistakes. Everything, is as it should be.
No, I've seen living proof that whatever God there may be, can and does make some pretty serious skrew ups.
In the words of Tom Waits,
"There ain't no devil, just God when he's drunk"
This implies a personification which I feel is rather limiting and implies a decision making individual that can grant desires to one and deny others. This all seems a little too human for my liking. 'God' is far greater than that.
Makes me think also of the quote ... "God made man in his image and man promptly returned the favour!"
God makes no mistakes, just poorly thought-out decisions.
I believe God is perfection, and that everything he does is righteous and totally perfect. He doesn't make mistakes, but we do.
I believe He is perfect
God, like perfection and infinity, is a concept that I am unable to completely comprehend.
I would assume that as God is perfect, He (even though God has no gender) makes no mistakes.
[My answer covers the Judaic interpretation of God.]
I don't believe god makes mistakes. I believe he/she give us choices and WE make mistakes.
Yes. God does not make mistakes because he doesn't exist.
That would depend on the God. Some, like the Christian God, are utterly infallible (even his creation of Satan is part of some ineffable plan); others are more human. Zeus was an absolute man-whore and never pretended it was a good thing!
I believe everything happens for a reason, (through a GOD). The reason we may never know, ( well at least not untill we die), the reason, we may not agree with or even understand. When something happens for a reason then it can not be a mistake.
NOW I, on the other hand, makes enough mistakes for God and everyone else:)
I wonder - how would you respond when it is proven that God does exist? That there is undisputed, factual evidence of his existence?

That is an admirable comment.

I wouldn't read Candide if I were you then.... ;o) But it is an excellent and very funny book, so I probably will recommend it. :)
