My daughter was accused of child abuse by her husbands ex-wife, she went to trial and the jury found her not guilty. The ex- has accused my daughter countless times of many other things. Is there any recourse for my daughter to help her stop the attacks

    Depends on the state where they live. In California you can file against a fraudulent (child abuse) report. Also I would file a restraining order so that the ex gets the picture that the games are over.

    Your daughter should file charges on her for false accusations and sue her for her legal fees. Once it hits the "exs" pocket, she'll move on.
