Help answer this question below.

I am hungry all the time, i find my self eating all the time. Eating healthy foods to, but its like after i eat my ceral i am still hungry, i have some toast and peanut butter and im still hungry!!.. any ideas?

    Completely cut out sugar and starve the yeast.

    Yeast has an appetite all its own and it will force your body to crave sugar to feed it, and keep it out of balance. Eventually it upsets the natural flow of things internally and can even effect your adrenal system, central nervous system and elimination systems.

    * Just because you don't have the signs and symptoms of a traditional yeast infection, doesn't mean you dont have an internal yeast infection that shows no other signs than a ravenous appetite especially for sugar.

    Cereal makes me starved. Try switching to sandwiches made with lunchmeat. Protein will help curb the hunger/cravings. The carbs (even if they have fiber) are probably making your blood sugar spike and then crash. This will cause a person to constantly eat.

    Have you considered a low-carb diet?
