• Do you catch him checking out other women? It might help break the ice if you call him on doing it and let him know that it is ok with you. A while ago, my wife and I were having this discussion with another couple. The wife said "I don't care where he get's his appetite as long as he comes home for supper." My wife agreed. There is nothing wrong with admiring the beauty of others - only if it is acted upon.

• I really don't see him look at other women. If I see a women on tv I think it hot, I'll say so, but he never will. He knows I don't mind him looking, but he is just a shy person in general.

• Do you mind? Are you flattered or offended? At work, I personally try to be discrete and not check out the women. However, one occassion, I noticed that our head of HR, who has just enormous boobs and wears all kinds of highly inappropriate tops had a whole bunch of buttons pop loose below the nipple line (yes the blouse was that tight and the boobs trying that hard to get loose.) I took her aside and told her that "your girls are trying to escape." She just kinda looked at me confused and so I said "your blouse has come undone." I wonder how long she was going around like that.

• ah ha ha! I think that is so funny the HR women was dressing like that, of all people!
  I don't mind when the guys at work check me out, I guess I'm flattered, because I'm at work more than anywhere else, so I don't have much interaction with guys other than there. Most of the ones who look are my friends, so I think it's funny. They try to be sly, but it doens't work too well. Others are random coworkers I don't know, and I'm fine with that too.

• Yeah, it is pretty funny. Shortly after that happened she got a new boss who apparently said something to her about her dress as she now dressess much more conservatively - except for when he is out of the office - then those tops come back out.
  
  As for your colleagues checking you out - well, that is what guys do. I think it is better to go with the flow and be flattered.
