The only thing I can think of is a hysterectomy and abstinence. There's 100% you won't get pregnant.

i have the same problem with the hormones. they make me depressed, condoms break, you can necer get enough plan b... so on
but what i use, is spermacides, they come in a film a pill looking thing and a foam .
all of them you put in yourself and they kill sperm,
all but the foam you have to wait 15 minutes before you can have sex.
not the most attractive thing to do, but be creative, he can help, and it can be part of forplay.
besides concoms, it's your only other option

It amazes me how little people know about fertility. They believe that abstinence, taking a hormonal pill or wearing a contraceptive is the only form of birth control. It seems people want a quick answer, without looking at side effects or physical needs. I'll post a link for a natural form of birth control that is very easy to use. 80% of women can use it, as it is only effective if your menstrual cycle is on a 26-32 day period. And it is 95% effective, increased even more by use of a condom (which should be used anyways to reduce the chances of STD's) I hope this helps, and I hope more people stop and take time to learn more about their bodies.

How about the IUD? No hormones, it's permanently inserted into the uterus and it doesn't have any major side effects

actually the IUD has a long list of unpleasant side effects similar to those associated with the pill, the patch, the shot, etc. and if i'm not mistaken, it does involve hormones... but thanks for your answer. guess i'll be sticking to condoms from now on

No, it doesn't. Anybody that has told you that has missinformed you. Look into it and make your own decision
