Winamp does this very nicely. Just record your voice in a wav or mp3 file, load it in Winamp and enable repeat.

All the software mentioned here will do a loop. Problem is, your bird won't learn well at all that way. It isn't you. Most avian trainers will tell you, that you'll have better luck with repetition using your voice, with the bird and making eye contact. Hard to do with a recording. The bird bonds to a physical presence, not a noise coming from nowhere. My bird has a vocabulary of about 70 words and has never heard a recorded voice.

Quicktime could work, just video tape yourself saying (your phrase) and go into options and select loop.

Something you might also try is recording your voice on an "old school" endless loop answering machine tape and throwing it into a tape player. Very simple, and doesn't require you leaving your expensive computer running for such a mundane task.

If you record your voice on a regular cassette tape you can use music match pro to copy the tape to the hard drive and then play it with the repeat function on. There are probably lots of ways to do this but this is how I would do it.
