Help answer this question below.

I am 16 yrs old and i am 6 feet tall and i weigh 145 pounds and i am very skinny, but my goal weight is 170 pounds how can i get there without eating alot of meat.

    I'm 6"3" and went from 150 to 175. This is what I did.... You'll probably have to eat 3800 to 4000 calories a day (depending on your basal metabolic rate)http://health.discovery.com/tools/calculators/basal/basal.html. Do short exercises (high weight, low reps) and streach frequently to add muscle mass/weight.
    The key is the food combinations:
    Peanut butter and whole grain bread
    beans, lentils and rice
    Pasta
    Tofu

    Lift weights, mountain bike, AND eat french toast with milk before bed at least twice a week.
