Why do most people find it strange and odd that a man reported himself as physically abuse by their wife or got raped by a girl? coz i just watched a news about that case and i saw people's reactions like the police officers at the precint.

A man is thought to be able to "defend" against the attack of a woman-especially in the case of rape.

I believe there are more men abused than the statistics provide, only because they fail to report it. Rape? I sort of have a hard time with that one, seeming as though men can over power a woman in a second, whereas women do not have the physical capacity to render a man defenseless.

It's discrimination of the person being raped. A lot of people thing they asked for it or could have prevented it in some way. Especially a man being raped since men are seen as being able to easily overpower a woman. The physically abused man is also unaccepted in our society b/c men are supposed to be big and strong. It's not right and it's not fair but no discrimation is.

just like what the others said.. and more likely only few men have guts to come up in an open to admit that they were under those circumstances, men are men "pride and ego" with rape, its possible especially if the girl uses pills to make them sleep and do something with them and make them pay like "the shotgun wedding" wherein a man is force to marry the girl because of that "situation" in some country it happens like ours..
