  • It sucks. The Israelis tighten things up in Gaza, which causes Hamas to feel free to fire more rockets at Israeli civilians that usual, which causes Israeli to attack Hamas, which causes Hamas to hide themselves behind women and children, and their weapons and explosives in mosques and schools, which causes the Israelis to make attacks which kill women and children. Both sides are behaving like children with very dangerous toys. And in the end civilians will be the ones to pay the price on both sides.
  • Sad. The core of the problem: ZIONISM. My 2 cents.
  • Shame people have to die in this day and age. you'd think we'd learn something since the dawn of our existence but from what i've seen, we are still at the point our ancestors were at several generations ago.
  • Can't imagine anyone is not bummed at this. When one hears of atrocities in Africa there might be less a tendency to judge a foreign culture. But Israel provided the very basis for Western ways via the old testament and Jesus, and we are witnessing its defense via a mass extermination of neighboring Gaza. To be born a Palestinian, at least in Gaza, is to know that your life and your people will be subject to this probably forever. At least a few will act against Israel always, thus providing justification to Israel to exercise its superior military power. I can only feel very bad for them. But watch, someone will post something attacking even that much human compassion, will have oh so excellent reasons why this just simply has to be.
  • First off, stop saying including children and women, men and women are equal
  • I think it is disgusting and extremely sad.
  • Wow... Pathetic Here's a fresh update In 20 days 1070 Palestinians killed by Israel including 335 children & 100 women, 5000 injured
  • Look at the stats on comabatants? Wars have always produced non combatant injuries or death. That's what war is. Sorry, I'm former Canadian Navy. I was taught and I believe that you whupp their ass before they whupp yours. If I put our kids in front of targets, I'd be ashamed, questioning those orders and in the end, not following them as illegal. Why does Hamas do that with no legal reprecussions? They put their people in that position, why don't Hamas, as Gaza's democratically elected reps put their people before their agenda? Or are they just happy with putting them before the bullets? Given the situation lately, I'd have no problem firing back into the Gaza launch sites if I were Israeli. and then some. We'll see though. A unilateral cease fire on Israel's part. 15 rockets fired back during that . Personally, I'd toss 30 atrtillery shells back. Hamas doesn't want peace people. When is the world gonna figure that one out? Even Egypt refuses to allow Gazans over their border. They 're not fond of being attacked either. Yes, Hamas brothers have participated in attacks on Egypt. It's not a religion thing. The "Brotherhood" have hit and killed Egyptians. Th epro Hamas folk would rather you didn't know it, but google "terrorist attacks Egypt". Trace the groups involved. Suprising isn't it? That's why Egypt has their border with Gaza closed. Gee..go figure. Edit: It looks like someone goofed alright. This has just surfaced, An out take from Alarabiya-TV, a Dubai based News channel. Hamas firing a rocket from the foriegn press building in Gaza. Opps. Nahhh...they don't hide behind civillians or use civillian facilities to fire from...nahhh.
  • Throughout the world, Israel’s invasion of Gaza was inappropriate and “over the top,” except in America and Israel. The world has typically been at odds with America over Israel. Israel has been emboldened by its recent invasion of Gaza and is totally oblivious to the sentiments of the rest of the world. Most Americans, particularly those on the right, which includes virtually all born again Christians and Evangelical Christians fully supported the invasion with the rationalization that Israel has the divine right to defend itself. Little consideration is given to Israel’s treatment of Palestinians in general
