I believe it is M-Qube, not M-Cube, but the answer is YES! Multiple phones in my family were charge $9.99/month EACH after we started receiving UNSOLICITED text messages from this company and also M-Blox. If this happens to you, contact your cell phone company IMMEDIATELY and they should not only reimburse you but they want to know it is happening to you because many are in the midst of starting litigation against these companies. AT&T reimbursed me for all of the charges. You also need to request purchases to be blocked on your cell phones without permission. Mine sends me an e-mail with a PIN # that I can use if I do want a purchase approved.
