I'm a 35-year old African American female. This past few months, I've notice that my toenails are starting to get darker. My baby toe is almost completely black! What could cause this? Could it be my diet or lack of exercise? I don't know what to think.

    Have you talked to your doctor about it being a fungul infection of some kind?
