I strongly suggest you take him to a vet. My beardies tail turned black and started to smell foul. I found out he had a disease called rot tail. This happens often with bearded dragons in the pet shop due to lack of care. It starts at the tail and without care, the lizards whole body will rot. (very bad death) They will have to amputate part of his tail like they did to mine and hopefully he will live like mines. If you dont notice a foul smell, he is probably stressed out or something. But you may still want to get him checked out.
