The audio on my LG 52 DLP TV audio cuts out intermittently in TV cable mode, but not DVD. I've replaced the tuner and audio board; what else could be causing this?

  42" LG TV with DVR. I am getting a clicking noise when I turn on my TV. There is a delay from turning on the power to getting a blank screen. There is power getting to the screen but to picture. Also, there is no sound or channel changing happening? Help?
