  • Voodoo is a religion, just as Wicca is. Can you be a Christian and a Muslim at the same time? Or a Hindu and a Sikh at the same time? No.
  • I would say no because of the different Gods/Goddess...also the morals these religions put emphasis on...both are earth- based pagan religions but there are many differences and both can not be full practices together....I do think you can use pieces of both as a philosophy of life. Vodoun Loa mysteries Olorun supreme god Obatala creator god Rada minor spirits originating in Dahomey Petro minor spirits added later "white" magic which is used to bring good fortune and healing but also can perform acts of evil sorcery or black magic after life=zombie Wicca "The Goddess" or "The God." they might relate to Athena, Brigit, Ceridwen, Diana, Hecate, Ishtar, Isis, Venus, Adonis, Apollo, Dionysus, Odin, Osiris, Pan, Thor, Zeus, etc. Wiccan believe that the spirit of the One, Goddess and God exist in all things. Wiccans do not seek power through the suffering of others, nor do we accept that personal benefit can be derived only by denial to another. after life=no heaven and hell they believe in reincarnation
  • Sure, why not? Anything is possible. My mom was a Catholic Wiccan... veeery interesting.
  • i think you would have difficulty reconciling the vastly different beliefs. while Wicca is widely practiced across by many different people, there is a huge cultural element to Voodoo that you have to take into account. Voodoo also incorporates Catholicism in many places. Wicca beliefs and rituals are pretty dissimilar from Voodoo. i suppose what i am trying to say is that you could "practice" both, but it would be an odd assortment to believe in both religions, and you might find them contradicting each other.
