I wouldn't even date a woman covered in tattoos, so how would I ever marry her? I'm not into the women's prison escapee look, even if it is currently fashionable. They look tacky and trashy. Tattoos are for people who are bored. That's my opinion. Your results may vary.

Depends first on the person, and maybe secondarily the tattoos themselves. If it was someone who had truly disgusting tattoos (by my standards) all over his body, I might be turned off by the tattoos before I really got to know him. But there we'd probably be talking about macabre images or especially hate-group type ink, or ink literally all over, including face, scalp, all fingers etc. That's not my style at all...doesn't necessarily make the person bad but we all have different things that attract us.

Before I met a guy named "Bill" I would have said "no way". However, in our last place it was due to be painted and the guy they sent in was named "Bill"...tatoos all over his body...well, at least on his arms and neck..I don't know where else. After the first day of chatting I realized that we had a lot more in common than one would think..he loved jazz/classical music (like me) and was very well read and we shared a liking for some of the same authors! It took him about a week to finish the job..did it room by room, including cupboards and closets. By the end of that time, we were friends..I was making him lunch..and if I knew a single gal his age I would have loved to set them up. He was in his 50's, divorced, had kids, and is one of the nicest, smartest, most interesting people I've ever met. So yes I would, if he were anything like Bill! :)Oh..Jim liked him a lot as well. He is a guy's guy for sure..but the ladies would probably love him..I know I do. All I need to do is find him a great gal and I'll be happy! :)

As me and my husband are tattoo artist..I did marry someone covered in tats... Funny enough he looks like he would be a mean guy, if you didn't know him. He is one of the most sweetest, kind, and polite people I have ever met. But I will tell you that we get alot of additude sometimes when dealing with the public, because of the stigma some people still have about tattoos. And when the 18 yr olds come in for the first taste of ink, we talk to them about the location of the tattoo, to talk them out of getting it somewhere that can be easily seen..like the wrist etc..We tell them that some employers might not hire them because of it. My husband still will not tattoo anyone on the neck,hands unless they already have sleeves.
Sometimes, I look at his barefeet (the only place where he doesn't have tattoos besides his face) and I like them just the way they are, I have asked him to not tattoo them..hehe
