I think to start, just take walks in the beginning. Each day go a little further, and eventually you will feel better. Maybe this can help

Swimming is great since most people naturally enjoy being in the water.
If you don't have access to a pool, are uncomfortable in a bathing suit, or hate the water then try walking your dog or someone else's dog. It's great exercise for you and the dog and if it's not your dog then the owner would probably love you for it. This is great for people who are uncomfortable with other people seeing them try to start exercising- it gives you an excuse! (Although you should never pay attention to anyone who looks down on you for trying to better yourself.)
brisk walking, hiking, jogging, swimming, biking, jump roping, or any other type of cardio workout for an extended period of time. you wont lose weight unless you do some cardio or eat healthier and throughout the day. dont lift weights b/c they build muscle and muscle weighs more than fat so it wouldnt help much with losing weight.
I would say walking for starters, and some swimming, both are low impact.
