Have you tried 3mg Melatonin? Also exercise 30 min.day but not right before bed.Take a hot shower 1 hr before bed & keep all lights dim.Don't eat w/in 3 hrs of bed,don't watch tv,use computer,for 1 hr before.Have some sleepytime tea.Spray your pillow w/lavender zzztherapy by healing garden.If none of this works time for tylenol pm.If that doesn't work time for strong sleeping pills see your Dr.Good Luckzzzzzzzzz...

try getting up earlier than usual (3 to 4 am) don't go to sleep before 7 pm no matter how tired you feel. then (7 to 8pm) hit the pillow. it helped get me back on schedule.
