Both. Water because it's just...refreshing and Sports Drinks because they have special medical ingredients that quench my thirst. But water already seems to have those things in it. But water is healthier, no fats, or calories.

Depends on the situation. Normally, I would say water, but after a workout/sports session, the sugar really does help me. Physiologically speaking, the true answer is probably the sports drink, since when metabolising the carbohydrates the body would produce even more water. Plus the increase in residues such as carbs and more importantly elecrolytes would mean less water was lost in the urine as the body would have to retain more water to maintain a healthy plasma concentraion. Hence my oral rehydration solutions aren't just pure water.
