Carrots, celery, 1-2 other veggies, oranges, applesauce (all natural) potatoes, 98% diet lean ground beef, yogurt, and low fat cheese, and Wasa Crispbread Crackers. That is the usual, not counting other staple items like salt, TP, and stuff like that.

Pop-Tarts! I just wish they still made the old version chocolate-chip kind. But, I love any and all things Pop-Tart.

I think I bought eggs once this year, but not milk or bread...not sure how those are "usuals". Anyway: My usuals are Everclear and a bunch of cheap juices to mix with it, liquid centrum, and a bunch of frozen stuff I can either drop in the fryer or slap on the foreman...fries, nuggets, onion rings, wings, salmon, steak, etc. That's pretty much it besides plastic cups or paper plates every 6 months or so.
