Seh-up, or S'hup, possible S'up (not to be confused with the greeting, 'sup) if I am ova-caffeinated.
I was raised in Vermont and we don't like to speak the letter "R".

What is a word either your children or you made up or mispronounced, and it became kind of an in-family joke or even used seriously by all? Some I can think of: "Kaputed water", "pasketties", my sons "Crisper" and "FooBear"...

Why do so many people incorrectly write/say "PROLLY," instead of the proper/correct "PROBABLY?" Are they lazy, or do they have a speech impediment that prevents the correct pronunciation from being used?
