No I have AOL and rarely use Google. Many questions I dont have answers to, I wont reply. If it is perhaps a song that I cannot remember or something like that, I try YouTube, then if all else fails I go to "keyword." But I did hear that Google bought out YouTube, however I dont go to Goggle directly, is what I meant.
-
nope I have answerd all the questions myself
-
I either use google or wikipedia.
-
Generally I answer questions in topics that I know, but If I am interested in the topic or have always wondered the answer to the same question, I'll do a bit of research and give a good factual answer. When I do that, I always give tons of extra useful links, pictures, videos etc. I haven't been able to do that in a while, but I plan to!
-
I've given up answering most factual questions because they are all either "What's this pill?" or "How do I fix my car?" Opinion questions are a lot more common. When I do need to look up a fact, though, I use Google.
-
My computer is too slow to bo going through the lengthy process of doing research. Honestly, on most of my answers, I either know already, or I just figure it out by common sense.
-
I respond to questions with which I am familiar. Some questions require validation or lots of detail and I will provide links for these. When others make extreme claims, I appreciate links and follow them. Most of the time, these links lead to an obviously slanted sites and I am glad I did my own research. IN THE LONG RUN, no matter how you respond, accuracy counts and I don't want to mislead anyone.
-
Hell, I google things just to check my spelling sometimes lol
-
I usually learn a lot of things buy researching questions on Google. I know the answers sometimes and I sometimes don't know them. Researching on Google answers helps me learn!
-
I answer what I believe I know, I give honest heart felt answers to opinion questions and if I have seen the answer before when surfing the web, or if I believe the site will help the person, I will google for the sites correct link name and post it.
-
Most of the time, the question doesn't require any knoledge, so no. If its about computers, i practically know everything.
-
i usually give my opinion so yeah
-
I've never looked up an answer on wikipedia, google, etc. I think its annoying when people answer your questions with long paragraphs and not the actual persons insights and ideas. I love discovering new ideas and learning new things from other people personally. If I wanted to learn things from google or wikipedia I'd look it all up myself.
-
I have Googled a few when someone was looking for something really specific and needed a link and/or very accurate information.
-
I have and sometimes it isn't as easy as it sounds. There was one I answered a couple of years ago that gave me fits trying to read through a lot of info. only to find that none of the Google returns supplied the answer. It had something to do with a natural sudsing agent if I recall correctly. Or I know the answer. I have also been known to get up off my duff and go out and research it (if I find the question that interesting or think it would be something fun to investigate). Also, if the opportunity presents itself to me to get an answer--the hearse in the HOV lane question that I answered is a good example.
-
I wouldn't start answering unless I thought I knew the answer. But sometimes I use Google to check my facts or take the answer a little deeper than I could do from immediate knowledge.
-
I'm about 60% knew the answer and about 40% looked it up.
-
I must admit I am lazy and very rarely look things up before I answer. I do sometimes think hang on you could have done a lot better with that answer you need to look it up so next time you know more. I do try not to answer questions i know nothing about
-
I have numerous reference sources, besides my memory. I will google when I know the answer, just to confirm the facts or to obtain extra details. I do not like to read inaccurate answers or pose wrong answers.
-
i know them most of the time...
-
On the rare occasion I google, but most of the questions I haven't needed to.
