Yes, always. Not only is it safer, but in California the law says anyone under 18 must wear a helmet. At bike races you can be disqualified for not wearing a helmet while on a bike, even if you are just standing over it or using a trainer.

Yes. A wise man once said, "if you value your brain, you'll wear your helmet." Besides, helmets are like seat belts: if you aren't in the habit of using them, by the time you need it, it's too late.

I used to. I don't ride anymore, i don't trust automobilists. My helmet saved me one time when a car cut me off in '87, without it some of my face would probably be gone or I would've died! Don't you think its funny that bicyclists wear one and not motorcyclists?
