Question

Help answer this question below.

My left is in so much pain its crazy i feel like crying thats how much it hurts i think i poped it. what can i do to heel the pain without seeing a doctor???i try water and salt but that just made it more painful help me i need it

a lot will depend on it its your left side of your chest or your left foot. I hope you ended up being more specific at your drs office.

im not sure what you are referring to but i think you should see a doctor ASAP.

apply ice, right away for 20 mins on then 20 mins off..
Get to the dr..They can prescribe a muscle relaxer that will help with the healing process. If you don't it may take alot longer to heal. Good luck
