Downloading copyrighted music from P2P networks is not only illegal, it harms the music industry. Essentially you are stealing, that's the "legal issues" to which you refer.

1st of all I dont think I was looking for your input!Ans actually it dosent harm the industry? Because selling cd's is not where artists get their money. So before you judge you should really do your research. Not everybody can afford to pay $20 dollars a cd to listen to there favorite artist!

Only liberal hippies call p2p users thiefs, and use the word illegal when it comes to using them. How many CDs are worth $15? You get like what, 1 good song, and 12 other crappy ones. Besides all that, artists make their money on concert sales. A starving band; Can't preform live, therefore make no money, all because they lack talent, NOT because someones downloading their music on the internet. Drink an expresso and shut your pie hole. As for the question itself? I use Ares Galaxy DL program :)

well we all have our opinions. but the truth of the matter is free downloading will always exist as long there are ipods and other MP3 programs there will always be people downloading music. And as far as getting caught?? well lets just say u really would have to be giving out your information for that. But for all those kids that arent from the suburbs and cant afford to buy a cd every time their favorite artist comes out, I would say contuie to download but be cautious as well. Remeber it's the streets that make most artists who they are today not the people that saw them on the bigscreen.
