Im looking for a good music downloading software thats free. I used kazaa,limewire but they have to much spyware.I also tried morpheus but anything you try to download will be blocked due to the legal issues.. Is their anything else?

• well as for the person who really feels that downloading music is wrong I really feel sorry for you and you need some serious help? but as far as the person wp uses galaxy how is it? does it download movies well? and does it slow down your computer? lastly how are the search results?

• Actually, "liberal hippies" are the ones who want to keep information sharing FREE! It's the capitolist music industry execs and the fat-cat republicans on capital hill who call us thieves for sharing music, even though it's been done in some form or another since blank cassette tapes were invented.

• I understand your point of view, nevets, and I understand the legality issues as well. How is sharing music on the internet any different than burning copies of your CDs and giving them to your friends (something that we are all guilty of doing at least once, I'm sure!)? The whole argument is not about integrity, it's not about right or wrong... it's about MONEY, plain and simple. Calling the music execs capitalists is not off base... they are greedy and don't care about spreading an artist's vision... they just care about the dollars!

• I agree with anonymous because as long as people use mp3 players or ipods people are gonna "illegeally" download music, soo popular artists use concerts to get all their cassh, sooo i dont see what the point is about spending at least 50 bucks to buy a couple of cds that probably only have like what? one or two good songs on it? So i dont see what the prpblem is when everyone in the world uses these programs, no matter what u say no one is gonna listen to u i think, their just gonna keep doing it, its a matter of life

• If you buy a CD and get only one good song, find a different band to support.
  And from a "liberal hippie" - I refuse to steal music. Then again, I don't feed the corporate beast by buying "music" from computer generated crap "artists". I support bands that work their asses off and actually put out albums of enjoyable music - not just one radio hit and 13 fillers. The sad thing is, people will call themselves fans, then begrudge the artists the few measley dollars their years of hard work might ACTUALLY provide them.
