Its coz of the problem of a file named NDIS.sys . First try to update your network card driver. If it dosen't work try a complete format nd reinstall of your hard disk, but am not sure whether this will solve the problem. I think the prob is with the network card driver itself. Good Luck :)

No worries, will help you. First Rt. Click ur My Computer icon in ur desktop and click "Properties". Then select "Hardware" & then "Device Manager" and in that click "Network Adapters". There you can see your newtwork card. (For eg: when u click Network Adapters it will show something like D-Link Xtream Ethernet or some thing like that) Rt Click it. When you Rt. click, you will get an option Update Driver. Click dat option. It will automatically update your driver, make sure that your machine is connected to internet before doing this. :)
